- Features of eCopy ShareScan 6: This course provides an overview of the key features of eCopy ShareScan 6.0 and includes a review of the Capture, Process and Routing components and the key features within each component. A review of the various licensing options is also included.
Audience: All sales associates who sell eCopy ShareScan.
Objectives: After completing the curriculum, the learner will be able to:
- Describe the general business pains which are addressed by Capture Solutions (Before Scenarios) and how they impact a customer (Negative Consequences)
- Identify common opportunities for capture solutions in key vertical markets and the positive impact Capture solutions can have (After Scenarios)
- Develop a list of questions which can be used to create customer interest in Kofax Capture solutions
- Develop a list of questions to help identify ‘which’ Kofax Capture solution would be the best fit for a potential customer
- Describe the key features of ShareScan, how they address common customer pains and benefits they bring when implemented in a customer environment
