The New Home for Kofax and Former NDI Product Training
Welcome to the Kofax Training Portal, your new home for all Kofax and former NDI product training!
All learners who completed training modules for NDI courses in Nuance University by July 26, 2019 at 12 midnight US Eastern Time have had their learning completion data transferred into the Kofax Education website*. The Kofax Education team has completed the process of migrating your NDI course history and NDI courses into the Kofax Education Portal’s learning management system.

As of September 20, we have completed the migration of user accounts and module completion certificates. You should have received an email once your information was imported, with your username and temporary password. you can now use the instructions below to log into the Kofax Education Portal’s learning management system.
*If you were midway through a Learning Path (which is comprised of many courses) at the time the migration began, you should have completed the courses that you had already started. We will recognize partial learning path progress as long as any courses that were started in the learning path were complete. A completed course is defined as one where the requirements were met, such as reaching the end of the course and/or successful completion of the exam.

STEP 1: LOG IN
Enter your existing username (Your username should be your email address) and password in the login at the upper right-hand side of the portal page and click the arrow to log in to the Kofax Training Portal.
STEP 2: Access Your Training Page
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be presented with additional options.
- Locate and click on the “house” icon. This will take you to your personal training page where you will find your currently active courses.
- Select the preferred training course or exam to begin.
